If something is not right, AbodeAura aims to keep return expectations readable: a defined return window, product condition standards, and quick contact instructions.

Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Used candles, burned wicks, heavily handled vessels, personalized items, and final sale items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start

Email help@abodeaura.com with your order number, the item name, and a short note describing the issue or reason for the return request.

If the product arrived damaged or defective, include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery so support can review a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund timing

If a return is approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, posted refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or a fulfillment mistake, AbodeAura may cover return shipping or resolve the issue without requesting that the item be sent back.
